If pressed for an answer personally, Eric would refer to himself as a "classically-trained hardass" and "a self-admitted asshole". He's not a bad guy, and he actually possesses a pretty strong sense of honor and respect. But wrestling these days, and the people who participate in it, rub him the wrong way more often than not with their manner and methods. He's charming, kind and gregarious, but to cross him is to ask for trouble.

MATCH ENTRANCE
Entrance/In Ring Attire: On his way to the ring, Eric wears a hooded, sleeveless, leather trench over his ring gear, usually with his symbols and insignas all over it along with straps, buckles and studs. In the ring his gear is simple; solid black, white, green or gold, always with a dragon motif, consisting of trunks, boots, pads at the knees and elbows and kickpads.
Entrance Theme: "Dragonfly" by Shaman's Harvest
Entrance Theme Description: The low, foreboding guitars of "Dragonfly" by Shaman's Harvest start to rumble through the speakers as the lights go up in green, white and gold. As the theme picks up strength, Eric Donavan walks out onto the stage from behind the curtain, followed by his wife Lyra LeVeux-Donavan. The hood of his sleeveless trench is up and over his head, Eric and Lyra pause at the top of the ramp. The Priestess of Pain steps in against her husband, one of his arms going around her as the other is thrust up into the air, bringing a cheer from the fans.
He gazes out at the mass of humanity in front of him before making his way down the ramp and to the ring, meeting the hands of those who reach out to him with Lyra on his arm, the Creole beauty also answering the gestures of the fans. Climbing onto the apron via the middle strand, he takes his wife's hand and leads her up the steps before holding the ropes for her. Stepping up onto the turnbuckles and spreading his arms wide, Eric again holds his fists up in the air as Lyra and the crowd cheer him on. Dropping back down, he sheds the trench, handing it to Lyra, who leaves the ring as he focus on the match at hand.

Wrestling Style: Chiefly, Eric is a counter-wrestler who loves turning an opponent's attack against them. Eric typically works a technical style with chain wrestling and submissions, but has maneuvers in his repertoire from several styles, such as a couple power moves and a top rope maneuver or two. He is adept at countering an opponent's attack into a move of his own.
